- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to normally charge a flat rate for my services. I don't like to gouge my customers but I do need to make a profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what the nature of the problem they are having is. What make and model their computer is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the A+ Certification and the Dell/Alienware Certifications.
