- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No matter what your project is, the first step is always an in-person or phone consultation. This initial consultation (usually 30 minutes to 1 hour) is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We discuss your needs, expectations, and budget. We then work together to identify what services you need, what our timeline is, and how we will work together going forward. This initial consultation is always complimentary.
