I got in contact with Marvin at 9 in the morning for what I thought might be an infestation of bugs. He scheduled to come by at 1:30 and arrived exactly then. Marvin was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He inspected my property inside and out and made sure I knew what to expect if I did in fact have an infestation (which I did not have). His quote was exact and I will absolutely use him again as well as highly recommend him to others.
