- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give good discounts for first time customers Once you become my customer, I promise you you will call me more than you think and text me because I am a good helper, and sometimes I even do it for free, because of those previous experiences that I’ve done for my friends so it makes you my friend and I wanna do it for you for free kind of thing , but that happens very rarely nowadays we all are struggling to make the living but if you were struggling even more than I am, then you’re getting it. For free for sure lol
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them communicate to them. I share them my phone number, and I always update them and give them my schedule, and allow them to make a time that would work for both of us, and I always give them ETA before I start driving to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve put a lot of computers together because I didn’t work in a computer hardware store for a long time
