Cesar was great to work with. He showed up on time, with all the possible tools and materials we might need, and worked alongside me to install some trellises in our garden. Would definitely recommend him to others!
We hired Trenton to put together and install a gazebo that we had purchased from Costco. We are very pleased with the finished product and will recommend Trenton to all that we know. Definitely A+ service!!
Rob is excellent. I set up a project for Handyman as we moved into a new house to install over 25 curtain rods and he actually came that night, after fitting me in that day. He was there late and came back the next day to finish (which he surely did not need to come that night, but, I was very happy he did). He will definitely be our Handyman. I will be hiring him to install outside lights, TV brackets, etc.
Robert, and his assistant, showed up on time at 9 am and worked until almost 9 pm at night to finish the task, which was more difficult than any of us had imagined. They put together a 10' x 12' hardtop gazebo for me and the end result was great. They were professional and courteous and did not complain once about the difficulty of the task, or the various hiccups such as misaligned screws holes and pieces cut incorrectly from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend them for any assembly or handyman job you might have.
Antonio was excellent! He arrived on time to install my front door. He did a perfect job putting the door, painting it and cleaning after. I will hire him again and I recommend him without hesitation. He's done better than Home Depot or Loews including the price.
Communication was quick and easy. Stavo came over the next day. I had two toilet seats installed. They were both installed very well and Stavo removed the old stuck seat and cleaned the outside of the toilet with disinfectant prior to the installing the new seats. Stavo also fixed a loose hinge.
I hired Antonio (Tony) Sanchez from Renaissance Restoration to complete a kitchen renovation this past fall (sorry I did not get around to completing this review sooner!). I did all the demolition, but the job included lights and electrical, plumbing repair, cabinet and counter top install, appliance install, and painting. Tony gave a very reasonable estimate and personally worked on my project with his assistant from start to finish as opposed to having one of his employees complete the job. As he began the job, he soon realized that virtually nothing from the original construction was square (townhouse was built in 1987). However, that did not phase him as he had the skills to adjust making those imperfections unnoticeable in the end. In addition, Tony has skills in most of the trades which meant that he did not have to sub different parts of the job out; he did all the electrical, plumbing and carpentry himself. The best part of my experience working with Tony was that he discussed and explained different options or ways of completing a task to ensure there were no surprises, and I was impressed with his willingness to even teach me a little along the way. He was flexible in allowing me to have a friend install the tile floor and was understanding of my need to stick to a rather tight budget. There are only two comments I could make for overall improvement: cleanliness and timeliness. On a couple of occasions, I had to discard empty food containers and drinks that had been left behind. I attributed this to oversight and could be easily improved by making an effort to clean up the work site after each day of work. Considering it was not a space I was using though, it was not that big of a deal. As for timeliness, the project took longer than expected to complete. However, I know that my involvement did have some impact on the schedule and the fact he was doing the work himself while still managing other jobs is a factor. I would not hesitate to bring Tony in for another project in the future. I am completely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone.
Earnest was awesome! Ikea sent along an additional order from some other customer and really could have made this a difficult install - Earnest figured it out quickly. He put together 2 pretty complicated pieces (a large credenza and a large 3 tiered storage unit) quickly and efficiently. He is a true professional and totally worth it if you bought some Ikea stuff and want it put together quickly and professionally. From his perfectly spotless uniform to the booties he placed on his shoes - Earnest is the man..
We recently selected Baiza for our paver sealing project. Marvin and his crew have done a great job to meet our tight timeline with great quality of work and competitive price. They cleaned the front driveway and backyard, installed sand and sealer and finished the cleaning. The weather was not cooperative with us but Marvin tried his best to handle the impact of the weather on the project and gave us the best result. Marvin is very detail oriented and he found there were two sharp pieces of stone on the retaining walls at our backyard left by the previous contractor. He mentioned it to us and showed to us it is not safe to the kids and he got rid of those sharp pieces for us. His true customer oriented service is excellent and we are very satisfied with his work and would like to recommend his company to our friends.
Matt is a true professional. He is prompt, courteous, detail oriented and offers very reasonable prices for his services. We already contracted with him for another project and would highly recommend him for any tile/slate install.
I hired him to do the backsplash for my kitchen. He took his time to finish the job, he also install my kitchen faucet. excellent work. Very reliable. If you want your house to look like brand new he is the right guy.
Sheldon was so kind and accommodating, and our shower was installed perfectly.
I hired E.Y. Construction to replace a window in my master bathroom, install marble tile with a mosaic inlay on all walls, porcelain tile in the floor, a onyx river rock on the custom shower floor, and granite on the shower threshold and half wall. I hired Naser because all his references had nothing but good things to say about him.... Wow they were right. All the workers were very professional, neat, and paid attention to detail. The bathroom window and tile job looks stunning. I am confident it was done above standards and will last well beyond my lifetime.
I'm so glad we went with John for our project! We needed our powder room off the living room repainted in less than a week because we had guests coming that following weekend. John was super flexible and patient with us throughout the process of us also simultaneously getting new ceramic tiles installed. We ended up paying him extra for his patients and willingness to do more. He did our ceiling, walls, trim, and door. He also installed a new light fixture, door knob and hinges, and patched up some spots the tile guys messed up. He even took some of our old renovation crap to the dump! Overall a great guy. We will definitely use him again in the future when we need more painting done. Fast, reasonably priced, and does a nice job.
We needed a water line installed to our new refrigerator door. Nice clean installation and shut off valve added to outdoor water line. Job well done!
Learned about Curtis' company through work he did for a neighbor who was extremely satisfied with his work. They allowed us to see the work he'd done on their master bath and it looked great. We had our townhouse kitchen renovated by them. Curtis provided a very comprehensive estimate which detailed some items we hadn't considered such as daily clean-up, the payment schedule, and how receipts would be handled for materials purchases. His estimate came in at the middle of 4 estimates we received for tear-down of the original kitchen, new cabinet installation, tile floors and backsplash with some electrical and plumbing thrown in. He was able to accommodate an earlier start date when the cabinets we ordered were available earlier then expected by 2 weeks. He and his 2 assistants worked efficiently and more importantly they took care when doing the demo (and throughout the project) to protect the hallway floors and other areas of the house from dust, dirt and debris. They worked very efficiently and by the end of the 2nd day were starting on laying the tile floor. Cabinet installation went smoothly and he was kind enough to point out a couple items which we needed to report back to the cabinet makers regarding some bowing. Overall the project took approximately 9 business days from start to finish with a few small visits to finish up hardware, trim and reinstallation of the dishwasher once the counters and sink folks (separate company) finished their piece. His 2 assistants were equally pleasant and made us feel comfortable so we could ask questions as needed. We plan to use Curtis' company Oddjobs.pro again for upcoming bathroom renovations and some other work we need done.
I was very happy with the professionalism and personal touches from Joseph at Bella Pro. I had a slew of small to medium plumbing projects and wanted to get the all knocked out in one project. Joseph handled them all in a reasonable time at very reasonable price and maintained great communication throughout. I will be recommending him to any friends who need a plumber and would use him again for my own house without hesitation. Jobs included finding/fixing leaks, toilet install, shower hardware replacement, adding outdoor hose outlet, hooking up auxillary sink plus dealing with some unforeseen tile issues in bathroom. All got done, done well and in timely fashion.

Well AB Solutions made 'Perfection' happen!!! They were on time...in fact a little early...friendly...professional...and my Living Room and Hallway Crown Molding is simply amazing!! I have many future projects I would love to see done in my home that he looked over for me...gave me ideas about these future projects that I had not even considered! Offered cost saving options and creative new solutions!! My future projects include carpeting, kitchen remodel & some landscaping that is desperately needed!! THEY DO IT ALL!!! They leave their workspace spotless after they are finished your project like they weren't even there!! AB Solutions and my home will certainly have a long standing remodel relationship!! Very pleased with the install. Will most likely rehire and recommend to my friends.
Norlan was great, was the quickest and best quote, he advised on his labor separate from the water heater of my choice. He picked up for me and just added to the total. He also pointed out damage to the new water heater from Home Depot and offered to exchange it on the spot which I was thankful for. Did not take the old tank but we did not discuss this before and I had to go to dump anyway. I will use Norlan again and have retained his contact info for future work. By the way, the install seems to be fine and working perfectly.
I have to say all of the above for working with Navid’s Construction: quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. Navid’s Construction worked tirelessly to get the job completed in a timely manner. Navid would keep in touch with us from start to finish. Navid company remodeled two of our bathrooms with professionalism. Soon Navid’s Construction will be installing our den flooring, and we looking forward to it.
