Her team was a team of three people. They arrived and got straight to work. Brought their own cleaning equipment. No complaints and at the end I was happy to give them a tip for a job well done. They scrubbed floors, cleaned behind our larger furniture, vacuumed the carpets and furniture. They cleaned in detail and I was happy with the service.

I did not realize it was a crew of 3 cleaners but they cleaned my unit in under an hour and did a very good job. My only complaint as one of the women on the crew broke a blind in my office and did not tell me about it and this disappointed me more than the minor damage.
