Boxstar Movers were excellent! They made my move worry-free from start to finish. The management team gave me a thorough estimate and made booking simple, then provided multiple confirmations and updates. On the morning of I received text updates to let me know when the truck arrived. The crew arrived right on time and did a full walk through before they started. Eden, Eddie and Attila were friendly, efficient, hard working and thorough. They took excellent care of my belongings and were safe and thoughtful moving large furniture through tight spaces. As crew chief, Eden was communicative, professional and proactive. He kept everything moving and took care of his team. When I started to move an item from one room to another they stopped me, asked where to put it, and moved every single piece. I couldn't ask for a better crew to move me into my new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We used BoxStar Moving for our move this weekend and were glad we did! They arrived 15 minutes into the 1 hour window and got to work quickly. They did a great job wrapping and securing our items for the move. They were professional, courteous, with positive attitudes. We had a couch that wouldn't make it through the doorway to one of our rooms and they grabbed a power drill and quickly removed the door, in order to get it through. Only drawback was that the BoxStar scheduler wasn't able to give us the name of the crew chief in advance which we wanted to know for safety reasons so we could verify on their arrival. We asked the day before and was told they still did know at that point who would be dispatched. Overall, we were really impressed with their speed and work ethic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend to a friend. Great value for their rates too.

I'd use BoxStar again in a heartbeat. They were early but didn't start until the agreed upon time which I greatly appreciated since I wasn't quite ready for them. The two guys were diligent and Luna was very responsive when I had questions or wanted to confirm the move beforehand. Excellent vendor!

I had an outstanding experience with Boxstar for my recent move. After comparing about a dozen rates from companies in the area, their estimate offered the highest value when it came to number of movers, hourly rate, and truck fee.
The 4-man crew that assisted with our move could not have been better! They showed up ready to work hard and were extremely efficient in getting the job done quickly while taking care of all of our possessions.
I'll be calling Boxstar for my next move, without a doubt.
