- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing covers: 1) booking guidance: we do not book travel however we will give you advice on the best deals available when it comes to travel and stays 😃 2) elaborated and personalized itineraries and planned excursions: we will work hand to hand with you to give you a personalized itinerary that you and your loved ones will love ❤️ 3) planned excursions: we will research and offer a curated list of the most up to date things to do around the world or at the chosen location to give you that unique experience 💃🏾
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a survey on our website that we invite our future clients to fill out. The process goes as follow: 1) Complete the survey to let us know a little bit more about you and/or your loved ones as well as the kind of trip it is. 2) Schedule your free consultation and that’s where we start discussing and planning your trip. 3) Review and approve: we will start doing the research and draft a personalized itinerary while keeping everyone in mind. You will have the opportunity to review before the final approval 4) You get to FINALLY enjoy your well deserved trip stress free. Just show up with your itinerary, ready to create great memories 😍
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied International Affairs and I’ve been a meeting planner for the past 6 years. Additionally, my background is pretty diverse ( from Senegal, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Mali and Burkina Faso) and I speak French and different other dialects.
