- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat hourly rate, supplies and materials are in addition to the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My preference is to have a phone discussion to talk through the details of the project. I understand this is not always possible so we can communicate via Thumbtack messaging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience doing odds and ends projects around my own home as well as friends and relatives. My background is in engineering and I have a knack for solving problems and attention to detail.
