MattLightfoot is a terrific trainer. I had the opportunity to train with him for several years in Rosslyn, Virginia,and to watch him train others. He is attentive to one’s particular situation, age ( i am in my70s) and condition, and measures appropriate workouts with those in mind, as well as one’s training objectives. I found Matt especially good at working thru a sore or strained muscle, and he helped keep an aching knee away from surgery for an additional year. Matt is a wonderful man, smart, fun to converse with and be with. My workouts with him were a pleasure.

She pays close attention to everything that is being done and provides recommendations for changes in a polite and professional manner.

Stephen helped me to strengthen my weak points at the local YMCA. Each session was 1 hour. I had about 7 sessions with him before he moved. Stephen has helped me with my muscle mass, weight loss, and balance. He went well above and beyond what I was expecting and adding things to my regimen that I didn't know I needed to do. His temperament was calm and he was willing to listen and work around my needs. Even though he has moved we still keep in contact with each other through e-mail, and he is still encouraging me and giving me training advice. I think that Stephen was very professional, on time, willing to listen, and very caring about my well being. I have no negative things to say.

Took several one-on-one yoga classes with Kristin, it was overall a great experience. After taking yoga with her I was interested in continuing to improve my fitness level and started doing circuit training with her as well. This was super helpful for my weight loss goals and toning goals. I still attend session twice a week and cannot stand to miss a session!
