I've had Milo do a few things for me over the years, including getting all the data off the dead hard drive of my main desktop. Not only was he able to recover all the documents and photos, but he was able to salvage the calendar from my ancient Outlook program and save me big bucks by restoring my 'billable hours'! Plus, his sattelite office is awesome!
