Jason was awesome! To start with, he worked with us to give me exactly what I wanted for my wedding that fit my budget, including a caramel apple bar. He came all the way from Williamsburg, VA to Currituck, NC to cook for us so we could sample his food before making a decision. He cooked two different meals and we loved them both, but decided to go with the pork dish. Jason is a great communicator and promptly answered any questions I had throughout the wedding planning process. He was able to accommodate the guest count change I had, days before the wedding (it increased from 80 guests to 90) and even reminded me of some small details I had forgotten in all the chaos of planning a wedding. Jason and his assistants showed up at a reasonable hour the day of the wedding and I did not have to instruct them in any way. I confidently left to get ready for the wedding knowing they would have everything perfect for the reception. The guests raved about how delicious the food was, and the caramel apple bar was a hit! His assistants were so incredible in that they helped everyone make their caramel apples, cleared away dirty dishes, and assisted in serving cake to the guests. They went above and beyond what I was expecting out of this catering service. I cannot recommend Alpha Pitt Smokers enough. Jason and his crew are prepared - rain or shine - for whatever your special day has to offer; this was especially important since my day was full of rain. Please contact Jason as soon as possible and I can assure you, you won't regret it. He is warm, funny, and goes out of his way to make sure your day is perfect.

Gold Rope Events and Kammi were outstanding in creating the perfect graduation celebration for my daughter! Kammi was very patient and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. I was planning a party in Virginia from Nashville,Tn therefore Kammi was my eyes and ears from a distance and looked high and low to find vegan deserts for my daughter and anything and everything I asked for, to include an affordable venue, DJ. and specialty caterer. PRICELESS!!!!She gained my respect and trust immediately and I could not have been more please with the end result. We were in the process of planning our wedding/reception and realized that neither one of us knew ANYTHING about dancing. In fact, I claimed I couldn’t hold a beat if my life depended on it. I called Country Bootleggers Dance Studio and I talked with the Cindy, the owner, at length about the situation and our desire to be able to actually enjoy ourselves at the reception. Cindy outlined a plan to get us from where we were to where we wanted to be. And the plan came off in amazing fashion! Even without us devoting the amount of time to practice that Cindy advised. She overcame that problem and we were able to actually dance at our wedding so well that, even though we know we made a number of mistakes, our guests thought we had performed flawlessly! Because of Cindy and her experience teaching dance, we were able to have a wonderful time at our reception!

I attended a Wedding hosted by Eazy Plan in South Carolina, August 2014. The company was well prepared and very professional. They assisted with the catering, DJ, wedding flowers, photographer, Cake maker, venue, decorations and the seating chart. Joyce ensured that each element of the wedding was complted carefully. She conducted the rehersal and ensured each person knew their position. They are a well organized company and several people were inquiring about having them plan their anniversary, and weddings.

Maegen coordinated my wedding in 2012. She helped me find local bridal and cake shops, DJs and venues for our wedding. We started planning about a year in advance and she was there every step of the way. Maegen had great ideas for decor and made sure we did not forget any important details. By the day of our wedding Maegen had been in contact with all of vendors involved(cake lady, DJ, caterer, photographer, musician,etc.) and coordinated what time they should arrive to the venue to set up for the wedding. She was there bright and early the day of our wedding and made sure everyone arrived on time and set up as planned. When there was a delay in my arrival she made an announcement to the guests explaining the delay and convinced our caterer to open the bar which our guests greatly appreciated! She made sure we stayed on time all night even though we started an hour late and ensured the major events were done early so those who wanted to leave could. She ensured we had time to take all of the photos we wanted and they turned out amazing. At the end of the night she worked with my family to move all of our gifts out of the venue and made sure all of the guests were out of the building by the required time so we did not get charged extra! She made our wedding day stress free and enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding!

    Sandy was nothing short of amazing. I convinced my hubby that I wanted someone to help with the day of the wedding, and after he met Sandy, he was instantly convinced. Even with only coordinating the day if the event, I had access to her full-time. My wedding day was absolutely perfect, even my family and guests commented on how phenomenal she was.     We had a family and friends backyard gathering. Ross catering actually did the planning to my specifications. I had an old school R&B band for 3 hrs a DJ, a photographer and a bartender and of course they did the food which was ALL GOOD. Her catering staff was so efficient we were able to really enjoy the gathering without supervising. We were also celebrating our parents anniversary.
