Greetings, I am Chef Dessy, a 26-year-old Traveling Private Chef and Caterer based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. With eight years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I earned an associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Operational Management. After completing my studies, I worked at the Cheesecake Factory, and in my free time, I continue to study and perfect my craft, creating unique dishes that cater to every culture and dietary preference. Presently, I operate independently under my business, Ohso Royal Cuisines. While working in Atlanta, I have served as a Celebrity Caterer to numerous private clients. Additionally, I had the honor of being a contestant in last year's Chef Carlas' Favorite Chef competition, which was an incredible experience. My primary focus is to provide you with exceptional service and an unforgettable Royal Dining Experience.

Thank you for taking our wedding dinner to the next level! Every dish was so incredibly delicious and you went out of your way to make our day so special. Your entire team was so personable and fun to have around as you prepared everything fresh right on site. You even added decor and a personal touch and made our lake house wedding so special. The guests could not stop raving about the food!!!

HIRE CHEF DESSY AND HER TEAM NOW! I booked Ohso Royal Cuisines for a surprise birthday dinner for my mom and she absolutely loved it. Ohso Royal Cuisines staff were so kind and sweet. Chef Dessy was kind, sweet, responsive, attentive and punctual. They all were comedians too! (just had to add the extra service you get free of charge). They did EVERYTHING in addition to the cooking (i.e. decoration, set up, table placement,etc). They even went above and beyond to print a Happy Birthday poster for my mom. We had the choice of a plated dinner or buffet style; we chose buffet. Chef Dessy worked with us on food allergies as we are a no pork/gelatin family. She offered a few menus to choose from as well as mixing items from different menus. The prices were great for a party of 10. I’ve never met a team like this and my family and I are so glad we found them. Again, look no further and book Ohso Royal Cuisines now.
