I hired Missy and her crew to come clean my home and do a deep clean. I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to a full time recurring service or not, so just started with a deep clean to begin with. But after dealing with Macy's Cleaning crew I have decided that after the work they performed in my home that I will now be signing up for recurring weekly services. The professionalism and the incredible work they did on my home was outstanding. The owner of this co has trained her staff to cater to the customers needs. They were more than willing to accommodate me in every way I requested. They were able to get the hard water stains off my shower doors that the last 2 companies I used were not able to accomplish. My faucets shined to the point of seeing yourself in them and my floors looked incredible! I'm very amazed and extremely happy with my decision to go with Missy and her crew. Don't wast time on anyone else. Hire this company you wont be disappointed

If I could give ChosenHands six stars I would. Kanika Cousins and her associate arrived on time, and addressed all of the cleaning needs for my move out cleaning that we had discussed in advance, and then some. They were willing to add on services for me at the last minute, which was much appreciated. In this day of low quality customer service in so many industries, it is a great pleasure to encounter a company that takes their mission seriously and delivers quality service that exceeds expectations. I had a general idea of what I wanted to have done, but lacked the hours, the motivation to get started, and the vision to do accomplish it. Kristen was recommended by one of her clients, Needs Supply in Richmond. Kristen and her assistant proceeded to work through my home, closet by closet, and drawer by drawer. She's professional, organized, efficient, intelligent, easy to work with, and hard working! We accomplished so much. I'm very grateful for her organizational skills and vision. Her recommendations and follow through were awesome. In addition, she has many contacts in her business and will connect you to other professionals when work outside her scope is needed (ex: installing roll-out drawers in the kitchen). Don't give it another thought! Call or email her and hire her!! You will not be disappointed! And, you will love your organized spaces.

Jane Did an exceptional job supporting a team of executives for three weeks. From finding them a private home and setting it up to live in during their stay, to identifying and planning activities to help them immerse themselves in the local community, she was so knowledgeable. She also supported the team daily with groceries, to dinner reservations to dry cleaning. No task was too small or large for her. She executed all aspects of her concierge support professionally and with great efficiency.

Lisa was a lifesaver! As a mom of a 2 year old toddler and being 7 months pregnant during a move, she came to the house and helped make a smooth transition. From cleaning to bringing up boxes to the specific rooms to professionally painting hallways and bedrooms, she helped turn our house into a home! After all the boxes were unloaded, we hired Lisa again to come and organize our basement. We were so impressed with the final outcome! She really made it easy for us to find tools, holiday decorations and other household items. My family and I would highly recommend Lisa for all of your “to do” needs!

      Rosi helped me to "rethink" my current system of organization, gave me tools to get the job done, and helped me create a sanctuary in my bedroom.       Taylor took a huge mess of family photos and scrapbook supplies that had been accumulating for years on the third floor and organized it into neat storage bins. She provided suggestions on ways to continue to maintain the mountain. It would have been an impossible task for me to tackle the personal memorabilia and was too hard to begin. Thanks to Taylor its all straightened up and put in archival envelopes for my family members to take it and do what they wish.
