My corrupted OS was beyond repair. He got the desktop system re-installed & running smoothly
Werter was the only person who was able to solve my computer problem! After hours on the phone with my backup service and after 3 1/2 hours with a different computer repair company, Werter was able to solve my problem literally within minutes. He is professional, understanding, and obviously very capable.
Phillip was extremely helpful. I work from home and was having problems with what I thought to be my wifi. Phillip was able to determine that the problem was actually my corporate laptop. While he couldn't fix my machine (I have to go through my company's IT dept), he was able to answer my questions and give me some helpful tips/tricks. I would highly recommend him for your computer/networking needs.
These guys were awesome!!! They gave me top dollar for my broken macbook and sold me an even better replacement. They really are apple experts and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that either needs their apple computer/laptop fixed or looking to buy one. Steller customer service!!!
If you are looking for a very professional computer company that will actually show up when they say they are coming, definately call Metro Tech. Not only did they show up on time, but the owner come to my office and worked tirelessly on our network until everything was fixed and operating smoothly. I was very impressed and will tell all my friends to use Metro Tech. Mr. Johnson was also very friendly and explained everything clearly for us non-technicals to understand. I highly recommend this companies services.
Chris was fantastic! I waited until now (about a month after Chris helped me) to write this because I wanted to make sure I could explain just how invaluable he was to fixing my PC. He was able to identify the problem to a specific part, which allowed me to replace that and get my computer up and running again! He was very willing and able to answer all my questions and I even learned something about computer repair. Could not recommend him more.
MA IT Services did an outstanding job repairing a computer that others told me was beyond repair. I am using Marvin for another assignment. He was very professional
The prospect of leaving my only computer at a UPS store I thought odd. The text back said that work would begin in 3-4 days, following a diagnosis of the computer. It's not an operation where you get to meet and greet the brains behind the operation. Once I made contact with the professions there things went exceptionally well. They ran me through the problems I encountered with what seemed like an impossible situation; I was locked out of my computer entirely by a hacker dropping malware on it at will. They got the unit up and running a couple of days thereafter. They've now arranged for a (nearly) full proof way to protect my computer for the life of the unit. The tech who took care of me was kind enough to offer some great advice on how I might proceed with recovering expenses accumulated as a result of the fraud I experienced.
I wish it was possible to give Vadim 10 stars instead of the 5 listed above. Vadim reviewed my Apple Computer concerns, immediately identified the problems and resolved them. He is considerate, patient, understanding and a true professional. I highly recommend Vadim to anyone who has computer issues. I will definitely be in touch with him when the need arises. Thank you Vadim!!!! Dr. Dwight Carter
Ace computer services provided excellent communication and delivered a computer repair scoped to my requirements. Paul is a perfectionist, so it Was a challenge for him to meet my basic (not enhanced and upgraded) requirements. However, my repairs were completed to my 100% satisfaction and sooner than promised.
Hi! I spilled a glass of water over my laptop, so the screen went black. Astra Computer quickly repaired the laptop, my data was safe, and the repair wasn't expensive at all! Great job! Thank you so much! I recommend to everyone.
My computer's mother board died. They were able to retrieve all of my data to two flash drives, and took particular attention to certain files that were very important to me. This was all done for a reasonable cost and they were very easy to work with and did what they said they would do.
I was very pleased with the service. I received my repaired laptop back the next day. I would highly recommend Critical IT to all of my friends.
We have lived in this area for 17 years and have used many services from many companies. We have been taken advantage of from roofers to plumbers so I learned to do my homework BEFORE hiring anyone. I used Thumbtack, Angie's List, and Better Business Bureau to check for complaints and other reviews. I questioned many other computer services about their computer training, certifications, credentials, policies, warranties, services, experience and prices. Before knowing the depth of my extensive computer problem, many other companies(about 7) gave me assurances with promised results with a quick turn around time. Diverse Concepts is the only company that asked me pertinent questions and gave realistic answers while also scoring perfect scores with my above questions and expectations. They are a trusted Dept of Defense government contractor dealing in classified information with a government security clearance so I knew my private information would stay private and secure. I was extremely pleased to see that these top notch experts are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. They also have a wide network of external resources(not just an individual working from home). Robert was the IT tech that fixed my computer nightmare and I couldn't be more pleased. He gave me updates and explained the issues in a timely manner for every step of the process. The original quoted price was not increased even though the work and time involved was probably more than 5 times what was originally thought....this was not due to the company's fault but rather from us incredibly receiving a corrupted Windows Service Pack platform when we bought the computer! Diverse Concepts was able to fix everything 100% without loss of any data and they even set all my personal settings back. They educated me on the best antivirus, malware and other ways to protect my computer. They explained what they did to clean up my computer to where it is at lightning speed. Robert also scheduled time for me to learn and answer my questions/concerns when I picked up the computer at no charge! They offer an inexpensive fantastic service to monitor and update all aspects of my compute(Windows, antivirus, security, Adobe, malware, patches, Java, spyware, disk cleanup, disk defragment, etc.) in addition to remote access for future problems-what a great peace of mind this is for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. I am putting them on my speed dial! They have exceeded even my high expectations. Diverse Concepts is a company that is truly an established and reputable PROFESSIONAL company in every aspect with great service, personnel and pricing.
Todd came to fix my computer with in hours of my call, and he was early for our appt. He fixed my "black screen of death" within the first hour, and then spent the following 2 hours repairing my I-tunes. He was pleasant, polite and seemed knowledgeable. I will mostly likely call him again in the future.
Esteban was able to help me with my computer not printing. he was prompt and responded very quickly. I highly recommend his services.
I've had Tech Box repair two of my old gameboy games and they've been working fine ever since! Thanks again and no, to those who think this is a robot. I'm not!
The job was great. They were really quick and I was able to just wait for 5 minutes and then replaced the Internal battery on my computer. The only complaint was they charged me $80 for literally 5 minutes of work. Overpriced for the work they did.
I had two printers that needed repair, and I brought them to K&K Computers. The owner of the company was very friendly. Within the first day, I was informed that one of the printers was not worth repairing as it would cost more to repair it than to buy a new one (most people would say they already knew this, but the cost of ink made me believe repairing an old printer would be worth it). I was charged a diagnostic fee of $45 to learn this (which is explained up-front in their fee explanation). K&K then continued working on my other printer for another week, purchasing the new printhead which needed to be repaired. After two weeks of trying to fix the second printer--sitting on the phone with Epson people and trying various methods to resolve the problem, he rendered the printer not worth saving, as it would be more expensive than the printer itself. Although K&K Computers did not return a fixed printer to me, I give them 5 stars for working so hard, spending so many extra hours trying to resolve my printer's issues and only charging me that initial diagnostic fee per printer and the cost of the printhead ($120 total) when any other working person would charge by the hour. I was also very happy with the professionalism, the friendly demeanor, and the quick responses K&K had when I asked many questions throughout the process. He also offered additional help with my printer(s) in the future if I ever had any questions.
Mr. Gilroy is prompt, professional & knowledgeable on everything from run of the mill IT (network & software installation, etc) to IT provider troubleshooting asstistance (Comcast, Verizon, etc) to electrical issues. You may pay a little more but when things are done right the first time it's well worth it!
