EBRR crew did a great job with our attic installation. And more importantly, the job was done very neatly and quickly. They came and measured on Monday and our work was done Wednesday. Quick turnaround makes a big difference when you are in a need.
I was in need of a toilet installation before the weekend and Walter at Eagle Home Improvements (Hi Solutions) was able to schedule me for Friday morning with Christopher. Christopher was a total pro, performing the removal of the old toilet and installation of the new toilet without a hitch. He was engaging and provided advice about a few questions I had regarding the toilet components and future maintenance requirements. He caulked the bowl and cleaned up after completing the job. I would definitely recommend Eagle Home Improvements to anyone.
Barahona comes on time and identify my bathtub and shower problem really quick. Before comes, he asked very detailed questions to know the problem. He also tries very hard to save client'a money by not taking unnecessary action such as cutting walls in my case. He is so nice and professional. Do the jobs very quick with experience. Definitely recommend!
PJ is the best hands down!! He was at the service property within an hour of speaking to me. I am a real estate agent and needed closet door installation in a 100+ year old DC rowhouse. Of course, nothing is level in a house this old. He seamlessly installed solid wood bi-fold louvre doors in a closet that had a severe slope at the top. It looks flawless! The owner of the house was thrilled because she didn’t think it could work, and my job was made 100% easier because my client was happy. Will definitely use him again for my listings!
Did a great on my bathtub project. Will use RJA Floors on future projects.
I hired Antonio, of Renaissance Restoration, to do several projects. They included: 1) rebuilding the curb in my shower that was installed improperly by a different contractor; 2) Finishing a half-bath remodel that included refinishing and painting the drywall after they had be damaged from wallpaper removal, installing a vanity including plumbing and trim; 3) Repairing water-damaged hardwood floors and refinishing hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, hall and stairway; 4) Expanding the kitchen entrance by 2 inches, repairing and refinishing the drywall and wood floor. I was at first skeptical to hire one person to complete all these tasks due to the variety of skills required. Fortunately, Antonio had all the skills necessary to complete the job expertly and timely. His attention to detail and vast experience with carpentry and contracting work in general proved to be invaluable. The end result of each project was even better than I had expected. Needless to say I would hire Antonio again for my next project.
I needed my shower/tub faucets replaced on a tight turn-around and Jon was able to fit me in the next day. He finished the job quickly and efficiently. Jon is an absolute professional.
Juan was fantastic. I asked him to come a little earlier than planned and he did make it. He did an excellent work in my bathtub and also fixed little requests in no time. His prices are very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again. Want a great handyman? call Juan you will not regret it.
Simply put - Deck Wonders provided us with excellent service and we look forward to hiring them for future flooring and/or deck needs. In fact --- after having our tile installed by Deck Wonders, we hired them for a second project installing beadboard in our laundry room. Deck Wonders is a great company to hire because they are affordable, communicate their schedule and needs properly, do the job right, and finish within a reasonable amount of time. All of these reasons were evident to my wife and I after Deck Wonders completed the initial tiling job we hired them to do. As with most home improvements, some issues don't become evident until after you pay the service provider. At that point you're either screwed because the company won't come back to look at whatever is wrong, or you'll have to shell out more of your own money to find a new contractor to correct the first contractor's mistakes. With our tiling job, we found a few issues with the transition strips between the carpet and the newly laid tile --- namely the corners on the strips were coming up. We notified Deck Wonders and they were able to come out a few days later and properly fix the transition strips at no added expense to us. What made their return visit even sweeter was that we asked Deck Wonders for a quote to install beadboard in our laundry room during this visit --- not only were they able to provide a very competitive quote but they started and finished the installation of the beadboard that afternoon! That alone left my wife and I very impressed.
I contracted Unlimited Resources, Inc. to totally remodel my bathroom. Mr. Litman was essential in helping me to pick out flooring, a vanity, lighting and a realy neat walk in shower and sunken bathtub. He and his crew were professional and completed the job within the time frame alotted. I'm very happy with the completed renovation. I'm thinking about finishing my basement next, wouldn't hesitate to use James again.
I hired E.Y. Construction to replace a window in my master bathroom, install marble tile with a mosaic inlay on all walls, porcelain tile in the floor, a onyx river rock on the custom shower floor, and granite on the shower threshold and half wall. I hired Naser because all his references had nothing but good things to say about him.... Wow they were right. All the workers were very professional, neat, and paid attention to detail. The bathroom window and tile job looks stunning. I am confident it was done above standards and will last well beyond my lifetime.
Install sump pump and fixed some leaking in my basement. Very skilled and professional and will hire agaun
Learned about Curtis' company through work he did for a neighbor who was extremely satisfied with his work. They allowed us to see the work he'd done on their master bath and it looked great. We had our townhouse kitchen renovated by them. Curtis provided a very comprehensive estimate which detailed some items we hadn't considered such as daily clean-up, the payment schedule, and how receipts would be handled for materials purchases. His estimate came in at the middle of 4 estimates we received for tear-down of the original kitchen, new cabinet installation, tile floors and backsplash with some electrical and plumbing thrown in. He was able to accommodate an earlier start date when the cabinets we ordered were available earlier then expected by 2 weeks. He and his 2 assistants worked efficiently and more importantly they took care when doing the demo (and throughout the project) to protect the hallway floors and other areas of the house from dust, dirt and debris. They worked very efficiently and by the end of the 2nd day were starting on laying the tile floor. Cabinet installation went smoothly and he was kind enough to point out a couple items which we needed to report back to the cabinet makers regarding some bowing. Overall the project took approximately 9 business days from start to finish with a few small visits to finish up hardware, trim and reinstallation of the dishwasher once the counters and sink folks (separate company) finished their piece. His 2 assistants were equally pleasant and made us feel comfortable so we could ask questions as needed. We plan to use Curtis' company Oddjobs.pro again for upcoming bathroom renovations and some other work we need done.
Patrick successfully installed our new bathtub, new cut-off valves, and a replacement sink faucet, and he attempted to fix our drippy shower (but it would not cooperate--probably have to replace the whole thing). He was a good communicator and had a calm, professional manner, despite some hiccups in our old plumbing. He persevered through several necessary trips to the hardware store and an emergency call-back to his main day job, but he was willing to work late hours and on a Sunday to finish it up. And the price was very competitive.
Had a really tough job to do in the bathroom of our new house - converting a tub into a shower, while changing just faucets. Satisfied with the job - it was done! Shower works fine and the contractor helped to find the one that will meet the plumbing I have. So if you want the job to get done no matter of what - call them)
David was on time and completed the job to perfection. I was worried about damage to my new tiles with old flange removal and installation but David and his associate were very careful to remove and install toilet flange and new toilet without any damage. Would recommend and use again for plumbing jobs. Thank you!
He responded to my request promptly, arrived on time and was professional. He was very tidy and took great care not to make any mess installing a new toilet.
F.P.removed & replaced an entire set of countertops and kit. Cabinets. Quality work at a reasonable cost. We t above and beyond expected scope of job. Did DETAILED work and NOT a sloppy job. Highly recommend.
The job is in progress. I need a portion of my deck removed to allow for plumbing work to be done. Once the plumber is done then he will come back out to put the deck back together. So far so good.
We had Santos and his team come in and install flooring in our basement and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! They were super nice and professional and the price was more than fair. They even came back at no charge to come fix a piece of flooring that had come a little loose. These guys are the real deal - I will be hiring them again whenever we need a project done. Thank you!!
You guys did a great job repairing one toilet that was clogged and installing a new one in the other bathroom. I'm keeping this contact if we need more plumbing work. Thanks again.
