I called Wild Bunch in the middle of the night in a frantic! I found a snake in my basement. I was prepared to leave a message, like with other companies who were not available. To my surprise, the Owner, Mike, answered my call and was willing to come to my home that night!
Mike and his colleague, Daniel, arrived at my home on time. They were kind, professional, and funny! I enjoyed their positive energy and calmness. I was given a full internal and external home inspection. (During the inspection, Mike even noticed other home repairs I needed done.) Wild Bunch searched every nook and cranny, entrance, exterior foundation and discovered a snake location (hole) where only a trained professional would discover. It was determined that the snake was non-venomous. We discussed safe measures to prevent future incursions ( full transparency). All cracks and crevices in the basement were sealed, traps were set, and a deterrent stray was used around the perimeter of my home.
Wild Bunch will be returning to handle other projects around the house. Please don’t hesitate and give Wild Bunch a call!
