They were able to come on short notice. They did a good job wrapping up and loading all my heavy furniture staging items. Very nice and personable! Plan to contact them again!
David did a superb job of restoring an antique chair from Egypt. It is very elaborate and delicate and now it is beautiful. He is careful and meticulous, a real artisan.
Don did an great job of restoring a kitchen table that had been "abused" and that others had tried--unsuccessfully-- to re-finish and make look decent. Thanks to Don, the table now looks great and will continue in service for many years to come. I also appreciated Don's professionalism and promptness. Don's interaction with me was totally devoid of the high-strung, chuhuaua-like behavior that some of the responding furniture restorer personalities exhibited (a turn off). I would definitely hire Don in the future and would highly recommend his work to others.
Frankly, this is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used in my life. We have 6 cats and the carpet looks like new. Alex is professional, quotes the job and bills you what is quoted. No one other than Alex will ever be invited to clean my carpets again!!!
Steve and his crew were very professional and did an outstanding job on my flooring. I had over 550 sqft of porcelain tile put down. Steve gave me an honest price and completed the job in a timely manner.
Most excellent job of housekeeping at a very fair price. I would recommend their services to anyone. Also, Matt paint several rooms and fixed a few holes in the walls. Again, the job was done timely, at a reasonable price, and the quality of the work was excellent.
Spence did a wonderful job refinishing our family antique bassinet crib. Everyone in the family is appreciative of the care he took with this family heirloom and his timeliness in completing the task on short notice but in time for the next baby to use it this month.
I gave Carlos a very complex job of renovating a large antique Japanese tansu (a large chest). It involved removing all the (lots!, over 30 pieces) hardware, painting it black, repairing the locks that were frozen open, and reattaching each piece of hardware, finishing the front with Scotts Liquid Gold (rubbed in oil finish), painting top and sides, building a new back for the chest to enlarge it (antique chests commonly shrink on the sides) so that drawers that would not close now close beautifully. He was careful to plan the pickup and delivery with me so that I could reserve the freight elevator (high rise building). Overall a job done carefully and with careful communication to answer questions during the process.
Restoring antique furniture Mr.John Burnett is number one. He will take your piece and restore it to looking brand new.
Very professional. I needed help moving some heavy items in my basement & he was able to drive over in just a few minutes and get the job done. Really appreciated the quick service call.
Walt was fantastic!!! He sent pictures along the way if all of his work, being that we were not living in our home! He went well and beyond to fix extra things he saw that needed attention! I would hire again in a minute for any other needs for our home! Can't say enough!! Way to go Walt!
Stephanie Jones is an incredibly talented designer. I've seen firsthand, Stephanie take a piece a furniture that most people (myself included) would deem "old" or "unusable" and refurbish and restore it to a beautiful, unique, work of art. She is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!
Mike is the best. His work is excellent. He's always on time and pleasant. And he goes the extra mile to make sure I'm always happy. I would recommend Mike any day!
After a few small jobs, we asked David to make tables for each side of our bed. We provided some concepts and with his help came up with a design. An asymmetric pair of walnut, tigerwood and cypress. The result was SMASHING. David included his own design concepts into the final product and we are very pleased.
John did a fantastic job refinishing an antique desk for us! It involved disassembly, stripping and sanding existing finish (including intricate detail work), and application of new stain and finish. John sent us pictures of the desk throughout the refinishing process. We appreciate his strong work ethic, his kindness, and his commitment to restore beauty to every piece he works on. We will definitely be calling on him again for future work!
Job was to strip paint from three wooden doors. There were multiple coats of paint, and it ended up taking longer than estimated, but the doors look great, and we are very pleased.
They were very professional and were able to squeeze me into their schedule. They did a great job and were willing to work with my insurance company. He contacted the insurance company and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Tim and his team in the future!
Oww they have got a very good machine. I had this bad odor in the house coming out of the carpet that I could not get rid off in the past. Carpet was cleaned a couple of times using those portable machines they advertise for a lesser price, which didn't help. But after Guna guys cleaned it, I believe it's the high temp the machine uses; it cleaned the shit out of the floor/carpet. Already 30 days passed, no odor so far. Service is very good for the price; I will definitely use them again. The two brothers are prompt and very friendly; I would like to thank them for helping me clean the kitchen floor without an extra charge.
