Kasper Mechanical got started with a simple goal: to provide homeowners with honest, reliable HVAC service they could truly trust. After years of working in the HVAC industry, founder Steven Kasper saw the need for a company that prioritized quality workmanship, customer care, and integrity. With experience in HVAC sales, installations, and service, Steven built the company around treating customers fairly, communicating openly, and delivering dependable comfort solutions homeowners can count on. What began as a local, customer-focused business grew through hard work, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to doing the job right. In 2021, Brad Edmonds joined the team, bringing more than two decades of hands-on HVAC experience and deep technical knowledge. His expertise helped strengthen the company’s service capabilities and day-to-day operations while continuing the same customer-first values the company was founded on. Today, Steven and Brad have built Kasper Mechanical into a trusted local HVAC company proudly serving homeowners throughout Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.
