- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project price varies from client to client. We have a standard price per square or linear foot for some items, but those that require more detail or are less in quantity have different prices. We also offer hourly prices for a one or more person crew.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer presents an opportunity for Preferred Construction, LLC to make that customer's vision for his project a reality. We contact our customers through Thumbtack and set up a time to discuss the project. Most times we need to visit the site of the project so we can bid it accordingly so that our client has no surprises at the end of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience working in the construction process and experience in supervision and project management. Our experience also allows us to give clients ideas and collaborate with them to turn their project ideas into reality.
