My pricing is based on the size of the space, the level of detail requested, and the frequency of service. I provide transparent, flat-rate quotes after reviewing your specific needs with no hidden fees. Recurring services are priced lower per visit than one-time cleanings, as consistent maintenance reduces buildup and overall labor time. Add-on services such as interior appliance cleaning, window cleaning, or deep detailing are available for an additional flat rate and are always discussed upfront. I aim to offer fair, competitive pricing that reflects quality, reliability, and attention to detail; not rushed or volume-based cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free walkthrough or consultation to understand your space, priorities, and expectations. During this visit, I gather details about square footage, areas of focus, and service frequency. After the walkthrough, I provide a clear and detailed quote by email the same day. Quotes remain valid for two weeks. Once approved, we schedule your first cleaning and review any final details before service begins. My goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
