- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client begins with a sit-down to discuss any current or prior injuries, ailments, or disorders, followed by a discussion of their goals. Once a baseline is established, core conditioning and strengthening, as well as tending to any problem areas, are the first steps. From there, we continue to build and grow while listening to their body and keeping safe.
