My pricing is competitive and aligned with current industry standards for certified wellness coaching and personal training services. When considering a wellness coach, it’s important for clients to look beyond price alone and evaluate the level of education, experience, credentials, and support being provided. As a NASM-certified professional, disabled female veteran business owner, and coach with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience — including personal health transformation and military training background — my pricing reflects both professional qualifications and the depth of individualized support clients receive. I provide structured programming, ongoing accountability, and personalized guidance designed to create lasting results rather than quick, temporary fixes. I also periodically run special promotions and seasonal offers throughout the year. Investing in your health is one of the most valuable long-term decisions you can make, and my goal is to ensure that investment delivers sustainable, life-changing results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a virtual FaceTime consultation where we have an open and honest conversation about your goals, challenges, health history, and expectations. This initial meeting is not just for you to determine if I am the right coach for you — it is also for me to determine if you are the right fit for my coaching style and program. I do not take on just anyone, because as much as you are investing in me, I am also investing my time, energy, and expertise into you. If we both agree it’s a strong fit, I conduct a more detailed analysis of our conversation and outline a strategy tailored specifically to your wellness goals. From there, you will complete professional intake forms that allow me to build a safe, individualized program based on your health history, lifestyle, and objectives. Next, I will get you fully set up in my wellness app, where you’ll receive your customized programming, accountability tools, and communication access. I personally walk you through the platform so you feel confident and supported from day one. Throughout the entire process, my goal is to ensure you never feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsupported. Clear communication, structure, and consistent guidance are foundational to the experience I provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training on and off for nearly 20 years, beginning during my service in the U.S. Army where I helped fellow soldiers successfully complete the overweight program and improve their physical readiness. That hands-on experience sparked my passion for coaching and laid the foundation for the work I do today. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), which provides evidence-based education in fitness programming, nutrition principles, and safe, effective training methods. Beyond formal education, I bring lived experience — having personally lost over 50 pounds and overcome chronic health challenges through disciplined nutrition, structured movement, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Over the years, I have helped numerous clients achieve their overall wellness goals, from weight loss and strength development to improved confidence and long-term health. My approach focuses on realistic, science-backed methods that clients can maintain for life — without cutting corners, relying on quick fixes, or following extreme or unrealistic nutrition strategies. I operate as a fully insured professional business, committed to maintaining high standards of safety, ethics, and individualized client care. My combination of military background, formal certification, personal transformation, and years of hands-on coaching experience allows me to serve clients with both expertise and compassion.
