- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide complimentary, no-hassle appointments so you can gain peace of mind about your home's exteriors without any unexpected charges. Because we offer the most-competitive pricing we can to keep the lights on and serve you, we do not provide discounts for our services at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to get to know you and learn about your home exterior project! When you reach out to us, you can expect an immediate response and a cheerful office manager to help you schedule an appointment with one of our exterior experts. You'll receive an appointment confirmation email, and the exterior expert assigned to your appointment will give you a call when he's on his way. Our appointments typically last between 30 and 45 minutes, including about 15 minutes to conduct our exterior assessments. We focus on educating homeowners with photos and/or videos showing what we’ve discovered during our assessment of their home, and we share our best recommendations for fixing or replacing their home’s exteriors. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and services, clear communication, and great customer care for homeowners throughout the Greater Fredericksburg, VA area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews go through manufacturer installation trainings, and we also support our team members in continuing their education in whichever direction they think will help our company do better by our customers.
