Allen Harris is a great personal trainer as well as Brother. I know him personally and he demonstrates professionalism in the gym as well as high intensity workouts. He trained me while I was in the marine corps as well as when I got out. I would recommend Allen to people at all fitness levels.

I’d say that Allen is one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He’s the perfect balance of motivational and stern. He emphasizes making sure that you’re doing your exercises right, and he is amazing at making sure you stay motivated. His meal plans are also top notch as well. 10/10
