I worked with Erik a few years ago and learned a TON, and then worked with him with a targeted training program and nutrition plan prior to my wedding. Erik is an EXCELLENT trainer, and is so clearly a master of the fundamentals everyone needs to know, as well as something of a fitness early adopter (being willing to try new things, based on data/results). He is personally an inspiration, given his history and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I absolutely achieved the results I was looking for, and felt healthy, sexy, and strong on my wedding day. But not only that, I learned new techniques and routines that I still incorporate into weekly circuit workouts. I feel more confident about my form and know what workouts and eating plans work for me. It all adds up to an invaluable investment that will continue to pay dividends.

I have worked with a bunch of trainers over the years, some super hard core, and some who really just didn't know what they were doing. Erik is hands down the BEST and most fun trainer I have ever worked! He truly knows his stuff, he continues to update his health, nutrition, and training education and is far ahead of the curve when it comes to the best ways to train a whole individual. He caters to your needs and what you want to improve about yourself. He keeps things interesting so you aren't always doing the same exercises or just lifting weights etc, and he helps educate you both in sessions and with his awesome weekly newsletter about how you can live your life in a more healthy way. On top of being an extremely excellent trainer, Erik's demeanor is up-beat, patient and super encouraging. He motivates you on even the toughest days to be the best you can be in your own body. In working with Erik, I became a much healthier, self motivated, and super positive person along with looking super fit! A very hard worker, Erik truly brings out the best in an individual, both physically and mentally, which is a rare talent. Not many trainers are able to do that with their clients. Do not hesitate for a second to work with Erik- he is really the BEST at what he does and you will see results immediately!

Erik has been my personal trainer for more than 2 years now. I had initially intended to train with him for only a few sessions. But I was so impressed with his knowledge and was so pleased with my immediate results, that I signed up for more sessions and continued to work with him. He is always encouraging and never condescending in his approach. He understands that working out as a beginner can sometimes be intimidating and he is able to put me immediately at ease. He still pushes you hard during the workout, but he makes sure you have fun doing it. He also makes it a point to explain the mechanics of each movement, ensuring that I maintain the correct form for the exercises so that I can do them properly even on my own. He uses a tablet to record your training routine (as opposed to a clipboard that most other trainers use), which allows him to properly track and review your progress over an extended period of time. His professionalism truly sets him apart and I would highly recommend Erik to anyone, regardless of fitness levels.

i hired Erik to help me to take my fitness to a new level, and to add about 10 lbs of muscle mass. Erik was recommneded to me by a friend who is also a trainer. The experience surpassed all of my expectations. Not only did we make strong progress against my goals, but I have genuinely enjoyed my time with Erik. He is technically excellent, knowledgeable, good natured, and 100% "present" during our time together.
