These folks were great! A different plumbing company said we had a leaking pipe in our concrete foundation. Smooth Plumbing came and found the problem was really that the dishwasher was leaking!

Our kitchen sink was leaking and we weren't sure what needed to be done to fix it. Bestway plumbing was responsive and punctual in setting up a visit and was the only option that allowed me to directly schedule my visit online. Our technician, James King, did an amazing job in diagnosing the issue and explaining the various options to fix it. He went above and beyond by not only fixing the leak but also recognizing another issue with our pipes and fixing that as a courtesy as well.
