Coach X has been an integral part in the improvement of my overall health and fitness. I really like that he offers group and personal training options. I take group 2x per week and personal sessions 2x per week. Not only have I lost weight but I feel great! 😊 His style of teaching is firm but fun. He has a great personality and provides just the right amount of support to get me to the next level. His workouts are challenging but effective and never boring. I have been working with Josh for the past six months - 2x/week for one hour. Josh is a very talented personal trainer. He is professional, prompt and really knows his stuff.
