If you want delicious food at an affordable price, you want Chef Kev! Im am surly the pickiest eater there is, but Chef Kev got the best of me! We hired Chef Kev to provide the food for a networking event that we hosted. As an event planning company, we have had the chance to taste food from many different caterers throughout the Maryland, DC and VA area, but Chef Kev is among the best! His food made all the difference for our event and we cannot wait to begin referring our clients too him! (I should also mention how professional, and neat he was. He left the venue looking better than when he got there!)
We used Coast to Coast Staffing for a Bartender for our community event. We worked with Dee Rowe there and she was professional, quick and helpful with everything! Jared was the bartender for the event and he was AWESOME!! He was engaging, high energy and pleasant with our residents. We can't wait to have him come back for our next event. For those of you looking for a company that can provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance, this is the company to use!! Nick and his lovely wife provided the music and photo booth recently for an event sponsored by my company. Our executives are very hard to please, and I know that I caused him much stress as we prepared for the event. After I decided to plan a 70th birthday party for my father, I knew I wanted something different other than just a few guests at home. After speaking with the owner of ALD, April, about what I was looking for and what my budget was, she immediately started helping me brainstorm options for locations and vendors to take care of everything from cupcake orders to banners. She even went to visit the restaurant, see the room, and speak to the restaurant event planner before I could make it over to the location. April is super organized and has timelines and deadlines for each step in planning the event and she always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. When the day of the event arrived she had all of the materials as discussed and decorated the dining room with a beautiful black and gold theme. She provided everything from chair covers and table linens to balloons. Everything went as planned and she stayed around to make sure everything was on track. I'm so glad that I worked with ALD! They created a memorable and unforgettable event.

Working with EA was amazing... from start to finish. Their responsiveness, their professionalism and their vision--had me from day one. From the time of first contact, Shavonna calmed me and reassured me that EA could turn my vision into a reality. We hired EA for event design--and they did just that! Every picture I sent and every idea I conveyed was implemented to the fullest extent. EA received kudos from my venue and my wedding planner for their efficient manner for getting the job done, as well as the exquisite design details. When my new hubby and I were introduced, as we walked into the ballroom, I literally cried. As a bride, planning for months, you can never imagine just HOW it will all pull together--your vision, your ideas, your dreams--that makes you so very nervous. As we walked through the crowd to start our first dance, I remember thinking "it is literally dead-on...they nailed my vision dead-on..." I remember telling Shavonna prior that I couldn't imagine how all of my ideas would pull together--couldn't envision it... her response was "leave it to her--that was EA's job, that's why I hired them...so I could remove that concern off my plate" Once again...dead-on.... From the lanterns, to the Eiffel tower feather centerpieces, to the gorgeous linens to the spectacular feather bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages....I am forever grateful.... Many people tell you to prepare for something not to go right, or for something not to be perfect on your wedding day. However, I can honestly say, hiring EA will prove everyone wrong...your day will be amazing--far beyond what you ever dreamt possible--they will meet AND exceed your expectations! We loved working with Mary! She knew our venue (Historic London Town) like the back of her end, so it made it so much easier to handle all of the ins and outs leading up to our wedding and on the day of. Mary was such a lifesaver for us, helping us think through the setup of the event, planning our rehearsal to make sure we knew what we were doing, and corralling our vendors in line with our planned schedule. Whatever we needed from Mary, she was willing to do, and always with a huge smile. This included taking care of the clean-up of the decor items we brought to the venue, and even meeting us a couple days later to pass off things that couldn't fit in our car. Would work with Mary again if given the chance!
Michele and Christina were more than we could've asked for. They helped plan, coordinate, and deliver beyond our expectations. My stress levels were very low as they were always responsive before the wedding day and they were on top of every minute the day of. Michele guided our wedding party and vendors with ease and worked hard, yet effortlessly allowing me to feel at ease. Christina was also on top of every moment and went as far as bustling my dress and helping me specifically with things I, myself , wasn't even prepared for. Planning for a West Point graduation is like planning a destination wedding for royalty. The weeklong pomp and ceremony of the cadets graduation and commissioning as an army officer on a highly secure and secluded army base requires months of planning. Some plan a year out. Booking hotels, helping guests navigate the campus, getting on and off base and through security check points, transportation to West Point and then around campus and town, planning for meals, seating at events, securing a spot for the commissioning ceremony, is not for the faint at heart or for amateurs. I hired a professional wedding and party planner. She booked lodging and reception hall, secured transportation service to and from post, arranged for breakfast food and snacks during commute to post, meals to be delivered to post for commissioning ceremony and food for our private reception back at the hotel. She had maps and program booklets with details of the events of the day and activities during free time. She thought of it all and executed it without a hitch. Meanwhile, I was able to enjoy the festivities of my son’s graduation and commissioning and enjoy the company of my guests. It was a memorable occasion. Leslie was incredible to work with. She helped make our wedding day such an amazing experience!! From the very beginning, Leslie was very professional, organized and responsive. Not only did she answer questions I had about planning the wedding, she also was helped to reassure me when I was feeling the stressed and overwhelmed. She visited and met with the coordinator at the venue prior to the wedding date and made sure that everything was ready for the big day. During the wedding, she kept everyone on track and made sure the event ran smoothly. She was worth every penny. She helped my husband and I have an incredible day that we will always cherish.
I hosted a function for about 200 people and used ELG Event Productions. Lisa was awesome! She helped me stay in budget, she was organized, and had a great attention to detail. She thought of things and brought them to my attention before they occurred. On the day of the event, she ensured that things went smoothly and we stayed on track with the timing as outlined in my program. Overall, I had a great experience using ELG event planning services and would highly recommend them to everyone!
JCE did a wonderful job for my first "Plugged" event. The was an empowerment forum and from the beginning to the end JCE did an excellent job, with communication, product delivery, scheduling, planning, food selection, vendor preparation and staffing. My event was seamless and I don't know what I would have done without this company planning my event. We are due for another "Plugged" empowerment session 2015 and JCE will be planning and working this event again.

Chef Nikki is the BOMB.COM!! She and her husband Paul are excellent in the kitchen and on the grill... She can cook for me and my husband every day if she wants too, we will never turn her down...😂😂😘😘Every meal is excellent and tasteful down to the deserts. Nikki is very clean and sanitary, you don't have to worry. She takes her business and license very serious... Shawanna planned my baby shower, and my son's 1st and 2nd birthday parties. All 3 events turned out beyond expectations. Each theme was carefully thought out and perfectly executed. Shawanna has a very intricate eye for detail, so you can expect everything to be creatively crafted, from the invitations down to the favors. The favors are definitely always one of a kind. My favorite is the balloon arches. Hard to believe they are handmade; they look like something out of a catalog. I would definitely recommend Exclusive Bashes for anyone who is planning an event. It will surely be one to remember.
