Earl is an exceptional trainer and an overall outstanding human being. He makes workout sessions fun and personalizes them to your needed level. Earl is the best fitness instructor I’ve worked with, bar none. I enrolled in his flow rope class at my gym and learned a lot over the course of the 8 sessions we had together. Earl is patient when explaining new concepts and ensures you understand them via demonstration and practical application before moving on. He does a great job of connecting the mental with the physical on certain lifts, and is an excellent explainer of why certain movements are beneficial for your overall health. Earl is one of the only fitness instructors I’ve know who incorporates a lot of mobility and joint work with traditional lifting and fitness, which leads to a more holistic view of bodily health and solid health long term. He’s knowledgeable on movement, nutrition, and exercise science (and much more), as well as one of the nicest and most personable people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was eager to get to my lessons to work with them, and he’s been very motivating in my overall fitness journey. I can’t recommend working with Earl highly enough: it’s great value, and one of the best ways you can invest your resources and time as you embark on your personal fitness story.
