Thanks so much for the wonderful review, Kelly. We appreciate your business!
Friendly crew installed the new windows quickly with no mess. They answered all my questions and never got annoyed. And very reasonably priced. I recommend this company.Apr 2, 2018VerifiedCare Contracting's reply
Thank you so much for the kind words, Erik! We greatly appreciate your business.
Update (8/9/17): Okay, I got my new windows installed yesterday. Here is pros and cons. Pros: Good quality window. Smooth scheduling the appointment to install. Window was ready faster than I expected (only took 1.5wks). Window was solid and seemed great. Right color and right size. Window installing crews came on time. Cons: Unprofessional crews, clean after installation wasn't done properly. I had a few issues with their crews (total four crews came in). First, two of them asked to use the restroom. That's not really professional but it was okay with me. I told them to use the one on the main level which is for guest use. I found out they used my master bathroom which is a "PRIVATE" bathroom not for any guests. They also used my basement restroom too. Not only they used my restroom but they also left the toilet seats "UP" in all bathrooms. I could see the splashes that they left. NOT OKAY. I found one window wasn't sealed properly. I told them to reseal it. They just left. I called the office and one of them has to come back to re-caulk. They also laid their tools on my bed. They used a dirty blanket between their tools and my bedsheets - still NOT OK. I had to wash all my sheets. They cleaned somewhat after they finished installing new windows but I found wood chips and aluminum foils. They also left my washer door open when they drilled my basement wall. I found dusts and paint crumbs inside of my washer. Original: I got a quote from website first then I also got an estimation from salesperson. It was a bit more than online quote. But it's still reasonable and they offer lifetime warranty.Aug 9, 2017Care Contracting's reply

They were on time (early!), friendly, installed the sliding door quickly and left our house very clean. Also, their pricing for windows and doors is amazing. I'd recommend them to everyone.Mar 21, 2019VerifiedCare Contracting's reply
Thank you for the incredible review, Sarah! We greatly appreciate the opportunity.
I had a great experience with Window Source. From my first contact with them to the installation of my new front door, they were very responsive and professional. Many other companies in this industry play a lot of games with pricing, but Window Source gave me fair pricing with no games. The owner personally responded to all of my questions. On the day of my installation, the crew arrived early and did a great job installing the door. It's been almost a month since I got the new door and I'm very happy with it. I would highly recommend Window Source of Virginia.Mar 8, 2018VerifiedCare Contracting's reply

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Business Degree Class A Contractor's License
- What types of customers have you worked with? All kinds ranging from homeowners to commercial clients.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? There is never a reason for a customer to pull the trigger on signing contract during an initial meeting, unless they feel completely comfortable with what is being offered. Do not fall for the high pressure sales tactics. The deal is never off the table after he or she leaves the house, there are no model homes, and do not agree to signing a contract after a slick sales rep comes in high and then drops low. These are all major red flags! Many of our customers sign during the initial meeting with Window Source representatives, but it's because we listen to our customers needs and requirements, disclose our no haggle pricing up front, use our own installers, provide a best in class warranty, and of course an elite product.
