Alexis, was the most professional and organize i have ever seen an event planner. She was referred to me by a colleague, and I valued her referral -- so i had high expectations. Alexis and her assistant did not disappoint. She was very accommodating throughout the process and was always punctual to our meetings and on going e-mail communication. Everyone, including myself were super impressed with her commitment to make our wedding day the best and most organized. She was very accommodating to the bridal party, but knew when it was time to put her foot down and get things moving. Very assertive when she needed to be, and i can certainly appreciate that. It is hard to keep everything moving along -- if you don't have the attention of the audience, so i was very appreciative that she could maintain her composure and work with so many moving parts. I will say that Alexis went above and beyond at our wedding. The venue had some step backs and didn't execute all of our wishes, but Alexis was there to the rescue. She was able to complete all of the necessary tasks, while still managing all of the vendors and the wedding party. To say the least, i am grateful to have her there. Not sure many other event planners would've been able to handle the uncertainty of some of the details. Thank you, thank you!

An unexpected addition to our family caused us to postpone our wedding and she was so understanding and guided us through the process of letting all our vendors know. My daughter was getting married synopsis of story initially we didn't hire a planner 3 months before wedding things was in total discord we didn't have contract settled with venue never thought about place for out of town guest to stay, no finalization on vendors chaos. My husband finally realized we need help and we Called Letsdoitrightevents. what a lifesaver they came in and saved our lives. She secured everything I mean everything within two or three days she secured venue and vendors. Saved us serious money the price venue gave us was way different from what she negotiated. The day of wedding her team came in wearing their black and white and handled their business the hotel thought we hired a security team they were so efficient, professional, organized and sharp they were on it. Our guest was blown way with the way they just handled everything. I know three guest at the wedding hired them. People are still talking about the wedding. My husband who didn't want us to hire professionals tipped her plus tipped her team. Now anytime we give an event or we recommend an event planner it is and always will be the Lets do it right events team. They definitely have the right name. full service with a smile and total professionalism. I can go on and on. I will say they are totally anointed in this field.
I hired Paris to direct my wedding the week before. I did not have flowers or a cake and had to change venues at the last minute. Paris was able to work in a limited time frame and pulled off an almost impossible job! I thought I was going to have to cancel my wedding but she saved the day. Thanks!

I would describe Tiffany Underwood as compassionate, hardworking, determined and lastly....selfless. This has been one of the stressful years of my life - my eldest sister married her husband in July and I was her Maid of Honor, following that, I was to marry my now husband in October. My little brother graduated college and best friend had her new born. After feeling overwhelmed and stressed out trying to assist with my sister's wedding and plan my own I decided to search for a wedding planner and turned to Thumbtack. I had found a couple of planners that seemed nice and willing to help but weren't a good match and then I came across Tiffany's profile. At the time I worked late hours -12-9 pm and was unable to speak with someone over the phone until after hours. Tiffany made herself available in the late evening (great customer service). Her voice was so calm and soothing that I felt instantly comfortable with her. She kept assuring me that she will help me get everything I want for the price I want and will work hard to make my day incredibly special. Throughout the process, Tiffany went above and beyond to try to exceed our expectations. She was also available whenever I needed her, she was willing to help me with just about anything I asked. One example that shows her devotion - A couple weeks before the wedding we ordered lanterns for our centerpieces. The company is located two hours away and the delivery charge was going to be asinine for us to actually pay. We had the option of picking up the lanterns ourselves which we did but we didn't know how they would be returned, as we would be on our honeymoon. Tiffany offered to take the lanterns back for us and make that drive, she then kept all of our extra wedding stuff in her house until we returned home from the honeymoon. If that isn't a person you want to work with? I don't know what is. The day of our wedding went so incredibly smooth, it was raining that morning and I was freaking out inside that the outdoor wedding would have to be hosted indoors, Tiffany reassured me time and again that the day would be perfect and it would all work out. My centerpieces looked amazing, everyone was taken care of, everyone was so happy and had an incredible time. I couldn't have thanked her enough for all she did to make the day memorable for us. It is safe to say my marriage is off to a great start thanks to Tiffany and Elegance By Tiffany. You can't beat her professionalism. I have already handed out her card to several newly engaged brides who are eager to work with her.

Sandra Guelzo was the greatest. She provided wedding planning, consultation, coordinated services and directed my wedding and reception. She was always accessible and was willing to work with my very hectic work schedule to ensure all of my questions and/or concerns were addressed.
