I found PLF when I was in search for a contractor to finish my home basement. Soon realized that they are a complete one stop shop, willing to help with drawings, advise on how to go about the county permitting process and much more. Andrea was even able to bring my ideas to life through a rendering that was immensely helpful in narrowing down exact aesthetics we were going for. During construction, the team was always professional, on time and extremely efficient. Pascual and the construction crew are always ready to share ideas and stay nimble when things come up. Would highly recommend this team.

PLF Design and Remodeling were amazing to work with and my wife and I would highly recommend them. Pascual and his team were very organized and did a great job renovating our entire basement, as well as many other side projects throughout the 7 months we worked with them. Michelle was excellent at making sure we had all the correct permits done and they walked us through the whole process very easily. I had hired PLF to finish my basement. The work was extremely fast (they finished the entire 2000 sq ft basement with a full bathroom, legal bedroom, and two open areas in a month and a half) and was of very high quality. Pascual and the crew were always ready and willing to move to the next phase of the project. They were very attentive and accommodating of any special requests I had throughout the whole process and were highly detailed in their work product. The main point of contact, Stephania, was always available by call or text anytime I had any questions or concerns. Everyone involved in the project was extremely friendly. Highly recommended and would definitely use their services in the future.

Our price are accessible, everything depends of the type of work, details and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the job site and talk with the client about what they need to be done, revise their ideas, plan, drawings, materials, then we do an estimate and we present it to the client. Once it is approved we schedule the construction day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in architecture, Design Software, Home inspector Course, construction process and performance training
