I found Nayeli on Thumbtack for a move-in deep clean and Daisy communicated well from the start. She and her team came out the same Saturday. Unfortunately, because the house had been vacant for a few weeks, there were some water problems. Rather than just leaving, they waited and problem-solved with me until we got through to the county water team, and they even cleaned an initial stain on the floor.
What really stood out: when I tried to pay them for the time they'd spent driving out, they refused. Daisy said the work hadn't been done, so they wouldn't accept anything. We rescheduled for the next day, Sunday. They showed up right on time and did the best clean I've ever had.
Helpful, honest, and hardworking. Highly recommend Daisy and the Nayeli team.
