Mr. Silva was excellent. I had a leaking roof so I sent over a description of the problem and some photos. I needed to have the roof ridge vent/cap replaced so he came down to seal it up temporarily to stop the immediate leaking. Afterwards he came by again with the new cap and had everything replaced in about 2 hours. Gave me a very fair price and was fast so will definitely reach out to him in the future!
