Introduction: My husband and I received our ordination from Circle Sanctuary, one of the oldest churches of Earth-Based Spirituality in the U.S.A. We are able to perform legal marriages in Virginia and Washington, DC to those who follow alternative spiritual paths, those who follow no religious path, or those wishing to have an interfaith wedding. We are happy to perform same-sex weddings in Washington, DC and, with some notice, in the state of Maryland.
We accept those of different religions and spiritual paths, so we are well suited to creating ceremonies for those from non-traditional backgrounds.
We look forward to helping others make the most of this joyful occasion!

Jeanet was great to work with on my wedding in Nov of 2013. She took care of everything for us on her end. We live in Nashville, TN and couldn't get into DC to get our marriage license so we sent her the paperwork and she got it for us. All we had to do is show up and get married. Jeanet and David planned a beautiful wedding ceremony for us in front of Supreme Court of the United States. I am so happy we put our wedding in there hands they treated it as there own. All we ask was if it could be at The Supreme Court. They made all the calls to The Supreme Court to make this happen for us. I will treasure them forever for doing this for us.

Jeanet and Dave officiated our wedding and it was simply wonderful. They met with us two or three times before hand to discuss our desired, their experiences, and sort out a final ceremony; and the result was everything we wanted. They're accommodating, professional, friendly, and we couldn't give a higher recommendation!
