I was asked, "what do you like about working with Genesis Custom Paining, LLC", but was only allowed to select three of the five reasons/options provided. However, if given the option "I SELECT ALL FIVE": 1) Responsiveness; 2) Professionalism; 3) Quality of Craftsmanship; 4) Economical (Value); and 5) Punctuality! Mr. Deyvid P. was consistently available and responsive during initial planning and discussions regarding the project; he was very professional in offering his expert opinion, oversight, and guidance when selecting the right paint (e.g., finish, texture, vendor, etc.) for our home project; quality of the finished product well-exceeded the very reasonable cost for the work; the price was very economical, matching and in many cases beating other competitors; and finally, he and his crew arrived well-ahead of the scheduled work time, which in my book means "on time". By the way, he performed the initial inspection on a Tuesday, provided unbelievable estimate (i.e., very reasonable) on that Wednesday, and completed the work on the Thursday of that same week! Talk about "expeditious"; he well exceeded our expectations in accommodating the urgency of our time sensitive schedule. Wow! Myself, and the residents are overly pleased with the finished product, and convinced of his quality service for future home projects within his verified and validated area of expertise.

Genesis Custom Painting showed up when they said they would. They even helped me move a few items into another room that wasn't going to be painting to reduce the items that needed to be covered up and they didn't have to do that. That gesture let me know that before they even started they are a business with the customer's concern(s) and feelings on the project they would like to have done. I only took a picture of a wall that they did as I'm redoing the entire room but again, I am thoroughly pleased! I will be hiring them again soon to paint some other areas of my house. I highly recommend them if you need painting done.

Great experience with this team! I needed my living room painted asap to get ahead of a floor install. They came next day and helped finish my living room with very high ceilings. I plan to use them for the remained of the house, as well! I would definitely recommend!
