We hired Kay to do a deeper cleaning - including baseboards, inside windows/sills, etc. I really liked Kay and the additional person she brought to clean my elderly parent's house. They were very polite and worked non-stop for 7 hours. We uncluttered the surface areas of the rooms before they got there so they could work more efficiently, but the house is still almost 3,800 sq. feet, so it was not a small job. In addition, the upstairs air conditioning when out the night before. I communicated that to her and she said it was not a problem. It was in the 80's on the second floor and they still cleaned it. She was very open and transparent in that she asked that I do a walk-through when they finished, to make sure it was cleaned to my liking and that nothing was overlooked. A small bathroom was missed, but I overlooked it in my walk-through and have missed that little bathroom in the past when I've cleaned my parent's house - so I'm not holding that one against her. Had I looked, I am confident she would have been quick to acknowledge the oversight and cleaned it. I would highly recommend her. She is a hard worker and takes pride in her work.
The team did such a wonderful job organizing my garage, shed and closets. They worked quickly and I was overjoyed by the results. Keith Green and an associate provided our company with their service of clearing out an apartment for an executive who had moved. They were friendly, professional, and needed no supervision. Vanessa did a great job. She came out to do a site visit and give a quote. She was great at going through my huge mountain of clothes and organizing it into the closet and drawers. We had her come back for a second day and organize the kitchen cabinets, laundry room and do a deep clean of those two rooms. Everything will be so much more efficient now, worth every penny!
