The service tech, Danny, was polite and thorough, explained all findings, answered our questions completely. The report arrived when he said it would, which was also thorough, detailed and clear on what the issues were and recommendations for resolution. He included photos of everything. Mr. Thomas was a professional from beginning to end. I am a first time homebuyer and once I told him that he step by step explained a lot of things people over look in inspection and explained the importance of having certain things annotated on an inspection it protects me as the buyer. My mom and I was awed by his professionalism she will be hiring him as in inspector for her home next year if you are looking for some one military oriented, polite and knowledgeable Mr. Thomas checks all those boxes.

This is my first time owning a home and having to have a inspector call out and I wasn't disappointed. Very communicative and a pleasure to hire.
