I needed my house cleaned on short notice due my dogs spraying the couch while I was on vacation and my dog sitter not providing the care required. Beach Clean said she was available, so we scheduled. The night before, she asked if she could come at 12:30 instead of 9am. Sure, no problem! 1pm rolls around and I have to text her to ask if she’s still coming. She says she’s on her way but just leaving where she lives. I told her not to bother coming. At that point I couldn’t trust that she would do a good job. Huge letdown.

I’m sorry to hear you feel let down. I didn’t get there on time because of traffic, at the Hampton roads bridge tunnel, it’s a hit or miss really trying to get across the water. I was coming from another job, the only way to Newport News is through the tunnel. The traffic over the bridge was +50 minutes. Once again I’m extremely sorry for the disappointment.
