He responded almost immediately after I messaged him and showed up quickly. Very professional both in appearance and in the work itself. He went straight to Home Depot to get the needed supplies and worked hard to repair an irrigation pipe that had been disturbed by a large root underground.
Unfortunately, we discovered a much larger root issue that will require a different type of professional with heavier cutting equipment, but that was completely understandable and outside the scope of the original repair. He still did a great job troubleshooting the issue, adjusting the sprinklers correctly, and making sure everything was cleaned up and tidy before leaving.
Would definitely recommend him for yard work, sprinkler repairs, and general household projects.
