Introduction: I provide all aspects of catering and party planning and services. Trained at Johnson and Wales, I have worked for the past 30 years for some of the best chefs in America. I can handle anything from a party of 5 to 500 people. I love to teach others the enjoyment of cooking. I am passing on lessons learned at the kitchen tables of grandparents and professional chefs.
