- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 an hr for work $25 traveling fee 25 + miles away Large projects I will bring help I also offer packages any hours you don’t use you can pass to a friend or family member . No refunds but we will help another loved one get organized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will assess the space and do a walk through to see how many hours each room will take. Then we will discuss what areas of focus you want to start with. From there we will sort! Donation , Trash , Keep, and memorial items which will usually go in a nice box for items such as birthday cards , children art work etc! As well as list items in market place for you to make extra cash! We will properly haul items for your in an eco friendly manner I take before and after pictures of my work for future clients to see. On hoarding projects I have great patience and will work with you for as long as the project takes to get it complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have a lot of hands on experience and a great passion for home I decided to take I taking an amazing online course on on organization, home staging and completed my accredited hours for real estate.
