I have been working with Anthony for a couple weeks now and have really enjoyed it. He is great for all levels. Every class I get a mix of circuits, cardio, kickboxing, wrestling, etc. Each class is exciting because it's never the same. I feel great after I leave and am always looking forward to the next class. Great find and very professional!
The staff at FSR fitness studio are very encouraging, motivational,conscientious and professional. What I like most about them is they believe in Total Fitness- Mind, Body and Soul. More specifically, I have been working with my personal trainer now for about 3 weeks and he has helped me to create a healthy meal plan, designed effective exercises that I can do at work and tailored a workout plan just for me as I work toward reaching my personal goals. I've been training with Andrew Lee and he is AWESOME! He genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals and makes sure he trains you at your own comfortable pace. He is also very thorough about getting your background and making sure you have no past injuries and also making sure you perform the exercise correctly to prevent future injuries. He is very fun and knowledgeable in fitness overall and creates a good blend of different exercises and workout plans! You should go try him out!

Joe Mauceri has an extensive background in strength training, Martial Arts, Sports conditioning and nutrition. Truly an expert and a template for all athletes. I have had the honor and pleasure of training with him and my gains were truly jaw dropping. I achieved fitness feats I didn't think possible.
Jeremy is basically the raddest trainer ever. The one on one workouts are fun, challenging, and exciting. He's been super understanding with scheduling and all around, it's obvious that his priorities are to help me get in awesome shape, specifically catered to my desired outcomes! He rocks.
