Kiran is awesome!!! and very bright. Kiran has great potential and dedication for a future that she wishes to create for herself, family and the world. Kiran offers many services in healing. I enjoyed a 60 min private Hatha Yoga flow with Kiran. She gave direction well and made me feel good in my practice. The guided meditation was super amazing!!! Yoga and Beyond is a small and personal studio that will cater to your needs. Nani exudes peace and love, and makes you feel loved. She is a gifted yoga instructor - I especially like her Yin classes. I have recommended Yoga and Beyond to all my friends!!

We have been working with Nancy for several months now, and plan to continue doing so. Now in our 70s, my husband and I were looking for someone to work with us to maintain mobility and energy. Our daughter suggested using a yoga instructor, and recommended Nancy. We met with her, appreciated her energy and enthusiasm and decided to work with her immediately. She is a very warm and personable gal, who made us feel immediately comfortable. Within weeks, we found we were more mobile and enjoying life more. Nancy designed work-outs and meditations that were respectful of our physical limitations, but challenged us nonetheless. We have had such a wonderful experience that we recommend Nancy to everyone we meet.
Adrianne is a burst of postive energy! I have practiced with her for over 2 years, in group classes and one on one, and I leave every session feeling encouraged. I am overweight and often let that get in the way of trying challenging/new poses but she always finds a way to make them accessible. I just did my first headstand off the wall! Something I didn't think I could do until I was much much smaller. Your practice is your practice and Adrianne gets that! I have been in classes where I'm all propped up to get into a pose and some where I'm in down dog for 90% of the class, and others where I am the one (cause there is always one :) ) who is taking the pose to the next level. If you are considering taking a class with her definately try it out! My yoga practice is primarly fitness/asana focused. I just started meditating. Where as Adrianne is more Yogi than yogi, so be prepared to learn about Mercuary being in retrograde or chanting, even focusing on the different yoga breaths. Take away from it what works and leaves what doesn't. It has been me and Adrainne in a one on one sessions and "we" end in om (I never do it) should feel awkward but it never does. You know why because her practice is her practice. Adrianne creates a space for you to be you and you find your self doing the same.
I took two classes with Bettina, and I left both of these experiences feeling refreshed mentally and physically. The yoga poses transitioned well from one to the next and Bettina always offers modifications for poses, or ways to challenge yourself more. I would definitely stick with this class, and plan to when it becomes available to me.
