- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have hourly rates for our moves with a travel fee that's based on the round trip mileage from our starting location back. We charge an additional $100 for heavy items (pianos, gun safes, large treadmills, etc) We have no hidden fees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for with new customers our done over the phone or through email. When on the phone or through email we get a inventory of what's in your home and from there we are able to provide you a free quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years experience in the shipping and handling of household goods, antiques, and appliances.
