- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on an hourly rate that varies depending on the service (housekeeping, meal prep, or event cooking). For larger projects or ongoing weekly work, I’m happy to discuss a set rate. Groceries and supplies are billed separately when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick call or message to understand your needs, preferences, and priorities. From there, I’ll suggest a customized plan—whether it’s regular housekeeping, meal prep, or a one-time event. On the first visit, I like to walk through the home or kitchen with you, confirm details, and then get right to work so you can relax knowing everything is handled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience working in private homes as a nanny, house manager, executive housekeeper, and private chef. My training comes from years of caring for households of all sizes, managing daily operations, and preparing meals with a focus on whole, nourishing foods. I also keep up with safe food-handling practices and non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning methods.
