Introduction: I provide individual, semi-private and small group personal training to a variety of clients. I specialize in in-home training, but can also meet in a neutral location, for example a park. I have over 5 years of experience in the wellness field and hold a bachelor and master's degree in fitness programs.
I focus on a variety of personal training techniques which include body weight and strength training, plyometrics, core training, stretching and aerobic conditioning to meet each individual's goals and enhance their quality of life; all from the comfort of his or her own home!
