- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We craft a plan for each individual according to their goals, where they are today, and then what resources they have available to them: time, schedule, and budget. No cookie cutter approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an a series of questions and an assessment within our "Exploratory Session" to determine not only where a client is starting from, but also if we are a good fit to work together towards the achievement of their goals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw how fitness, movement, and good nutrition affects all of the other areas of our lives (when we feel good, life is better, right?) and knew it was something that I could get behind if it had that kind of impact, versus just a weight loss goal. The number on the scale isn't the motivating factor, all of the byproducts are.
