KJ is excellent! He goes above and beyond, is always on time, and checks in with his clients outside of the scheduled training times. The consultation provided detailed expectations and guidelines about the training program, and helped me understand how I would see results. KJ pushes me to my limits and exceeds any expectation I have going into the M W F workouts. The workouts are fun and exciting because most of them consist of group training/partner training where each person pushes the other. These workouts are mainly station workouts and KJ does a great job showing us the correct technique and skills for each exercise. The motivation and drive that KJ presents allows clients like me to want that same drive to get the body I've always wanted. All the trainers at Summit Fitness are great but KJ is incredible!!
Antonio was my personal trainer. I completed three personal training sessions with him and plan to be back soon! He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and always challenged me to push a little harder even when I thought I didn't have the energy in me! I feel stronger having him on my team!
First, Let me just say I love the service Glatter Fitness provides so much I did a video testimonial! I am in the best shape of my life, I am happier, healthier, and stronger. I never really put much stock in strength training (weights and kettlebells) as a method to lose weight for fear it would make me "bulky" but it is actually quite the opposite. I have lost weight, I am stronger than I ever thought possible, and have lowered some health risks, which before starting were an issue for me. Michael always answers questions I have rather knowledgeably. He is far more knowledgeable than some other personal trainers I have encountered and can even provide me a source for the information he gives. If you are willing to put forth the hard work, actually come and work out, and follow his food guide, you will make improvements. I went from doing push ups on my knees to being able to do one hand push ups. I can lift weights in excess of 150 pounds. I have a smaller waist size and far better endurance. As far as accessibility, he does not limit when you can come, which I love. He has 5 class times throughout the day so it allows for flexibility. I don't foresee any time in the future where Glatter Fitness will not be in my life. When I say I am in some of the best shape of my life, I mean it in every way possible. I owe all this to Glatter Fitness!
Derek provides excellent personal training services! He really tailored my sessions to meet my personal body and goal needs! Great workout experience.... Coach Jones hits on all basis of fitness, strength, cardio and nutrition. Very professional, would definitely recommend. If your looking for a one on one coach, look no further.
Nick is definitely someone I trust with my fitness journey. He listens to everything I have to say and answers every stupid question I have (of which I have many). He is incredibly patient with me and understanding of my limitations well before I realize them. I would recommend his training to anyone. Top notch!
CJ has been awesome trainer to work with. I asked her to do outdoor workouts and she was completely accommodating. What I like best is she builds her workouts each time to increase the workout intensity without making you dread your workouts. They're always fun and I actually look forward to working out (crazy I know!) After 3 weeks I'm already seeing improvements in my conditioning and my strength. Grade A+++ I highly recommend CJ for anyone looking to start working out again or looking to supplement their regular gym visits.
Adrian is, hands down, one of the best trainers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She herself is dedicated, hardworking, motivated, and extremely knowledgeable, and her training style reflects that. I've been training with her on/off for about 3 years or so now, and every time I come home I always set up sessions to train with her. Even while I'm away I keep her updated because she's genuinely excited and proud whenever I make a new PR. I've learned so much from her, my very foundation and love of lifting came from watching her and seeing her progress. I started out only wanting to lose weight, and she was so helpful with that, I lost a lot of weight, but I gained something so much more valuable: a love of lifting. For that, I couldn't be more thankful, and I owe most of that to her. She encouraged me and showed me that women shouldn't be afraid to lift! Each time I train at a gym, and someone tells me how good my form and basic foundation is, I always say that I had a good teacher/mentor, and that's the honest truth. I would recommend her to anyway, and I always sing her praises to everyone because she truly deserves it. She's excellent at her job because she knows when to push you harder, but she also knows when to pull back. I'll often say, 'I can't' a lot when I'm training, and most of the times she just ignores me because she knows that I CAN, I just need to be pushed, but there are times when she can tell the difference. She always wants the best for me, but she understands that I'm human and I can't always have a perfect training session. In either case, she is always the same, fun loving person. She's firm, but there hasn't been one training session I've had with her in the past 3 years where I didn't laugh at least once. She's just that kind of person, which makes the training so much more enjoyable. I cannot say enough how thankful I am for her wisdom, knowledge, and her friendship. It motivates me to know I have such an awesome and inspiring person to look up to. She'll get you where you want to be, and even further to places you never even dreamed of and thought were possible!!!

Malikah Karim is an amazing teacher. You can definitely see she's had excellent training by the way she shows the class each pose and the various ways to modify the position to fit our personal skill level. My services with April have been the most outstanding and rewarding. My doctor sent me to the gym for strength training for a knee with broken cartilage. I could barely walk and I did not really know where to start.. I met April there when I first started and she has trained me in the most professional manner on the equipment, supported me, encouraged me SO above and beyond. She has even been in on her own time to help me. I am able to walk just fine. My knee is what I would say 98% better and I have avoided knee replacement. I began strength training with her consistently seven months ago, after recovering from a broken neck and gained over 60lbs. I work with Laura Mae 3 times a week for an hour each session. Laura Mae has experience when working with clients whom have suffered injuries or have special needs and limited ability. Laura Mae separates herself from other trainers. She plans an individual workout for each client in order to cater to their own needs and goals. Laura Mae is consistent with her on going education to keep at the top of her profession.
